My name is Ian, born and raised in Amsterdam. I am 23 years old and a 4 year Holistic health practitioner with a background in arts and crafts. I believe health is about more than just physicals care and balance. For me its about engaging all parts of the human being. Including the heart, body mind and soul in a synchronized manner. one day at the time. I found the secret ingredient for such a lifestyle to be creativity. Its the key element helping the individual to develop a deep connection with their inner self witch results in a greater ability to connect others.

As a multidisciplinary artist I use arts, crafts, storytelling and performance to explore the greater questions of life such as; What does it means to live a life filled with a sense of purpose, connection, moral and value rooted in a healthy set of ethics. Slow living, organic food, upcycling, mindfulness and craftsmanship are cornerstones to these subjects and foundational to my practice and methods.
